1. Service nature
RoadHero is a marketplace platform. We connect customers with independent roadside service professionals. Unless stated otherwise, professionals are not employees of RoadHero.
2. Bookings & pricing
Estimates shown in-app/web are indicative. Final amount may vary with distance, parts, night charges or on-site findings, and will be confirmed before payment where applicable.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel before a vendor is assigned. After assignment, cancellation fees may apply as shown at checkout.
4. Safety & OTP
Share arrival/completion OTPs only with the assigned professional on site. Do not share OTPs on calls from unknown numbers.
5. Liability
RoadHero facilitates discovery and payments. Professional workmanship liability rests with the service provider, subject to applicable law and our dispute process.
